Glamily Runway for Stencil1FX

We partnered with Glamily on a creative contest called Glamily Runway for Stencil1FX and over 30 makeup Artists participated. The contest has now ended and we will be announcing the winners shortly!

Glamily Runway for Stencil1FX 

All of our contestants were encouraged to showcase their creativity and unique style! Gorgeous, glam and bold were expected. They created the looks you would wear to a club, holiday party, or outdoor concert by using all the Stencil1FX products they received, and also made at least one makeup tutorial video by using all 3 products to demonstrate how to use a stencil to aid their creations.

I am so excited to announce that Stencil1 is in the Top 100 for the Fedex Small Business Grant! A huge thank you to those who voted for Stencil1, it’s because of you that we are in the contest! Thank you! And of course a huge thank you to Fedex for this generous offering, a grant of $50,000 is life-changing for our small business.

Fedex has now asked that I submit a video for round 2 and they asked What is your passion as an individual and as a business owner, and how is that passion reflected in your business? I reflected on this question for a day or two, then answered. I have a passion to be creative but I have a stronger philosophy about my work and life in general and so the answer is not to just be creative, it’s to share, empower and have an exchange with people. I simply make a tool, hopefully a good one that people enjoy using, and then they show me how they have created with it and sometimes I get to hear how the stencils have somehow enriched their lives in some way.
