As soon as my husband, Cary, saw the Bigfoot stencil, he had to have a shirt. We didn’t have any blank shirts, so we took his old Jagermeister staff shirt, some Sprayer in Black..the bigfoot stencil and the deer stencil (for an extra touch of antlers)..he’s got a new shirt! That’s what we call recycling! Oh boy…I just thought about the two bags of shirts in the closet..gotta go!! -Elaine
Stencil1 just participated in the CHA, it was a rollercoaster! We got to debut our new SPRAYERS which everyone seemed to love using. We were new to a lot of visitors, glad they liked it! I met some fun gals, my new insta-friend Elaine and her sister Jeni were the best. I also met some lovely blogger gals who posted these kind words:

Our Booth was “ka-noodles”! I couldn’t stop obsessing on the free teal hotel chairs we had to use, was DYING to stencil them!
My friend Casey Maher is a very gifted graphic designer and masters exhibition design. He recently asked me to design some super oversized custom stencils for an exhibit Building Connections: Exhibition of K-12 Design Work at the Center for Architecture and it was my pleasure. Why a Ranchero Stencil? Well, this is not any Ranchero, it is a 1976 Ford Ranchero Squire and there were only about 900 made that year. It was also my Father’s car and now it is mine. It is my best memory of my Dad so if you use this stencil, please paint it proud!
So I’m plopped on the couch the other nite, watching one of my favorite shows, SYTYCD, and suddenly dancer Gev busts out a full breakdance solo donning a Stencil1 made t-shirt! The stylist of the show did an awesome job, using out turntable, boombox, and headphones in bright neon colors on a grey shirt.
