Summer is steadily coming and we are here for it. In hopes that this year’s weather will stay comfy and warm (we can dream right?) we made this quick tropical inspired tee with our new Bird of Paradise stencil.
Things you need: Bird of Paradise stencil in sizes small and large, fabric paint of your choice, a glass plate, a brush, a steady hand, and a creative attitude.
We wanted this shirt to be more freehanded, so we stuck to one color for simplicity and moved the two stencils around to different sections carefully.
Remember when applying fabric paint, less is more! Alternate between using the small Bird of Paradise stencil and the large one.
Apply stencils to the back of your shirt, and try having some sections overlap, or cross over from the back into the front. Let dry and you’re done!
