It’s always ice cream time with this DIY! We used a blank wood clock by Hand Made Modern available at Target. You will also need Stencil1 Ice Cream stencils 4-pack, acrylic paint, a paint palette or paper plate, masking tape, a 2 inch wide paint brush, and stencil brushes.
With acrylic paint and the wide paint brush, paint the whole wood surface with the color palette of your choosing. We chose hot pink for that bright Summer vibe. Once dry, place your stencil where you want your ice cream to appear, with 4 designs we were thinking the 12, 3, 6 ,9 hour marks. Fill in the stencil with different color variations. Use small stencil brushes for small areas.
Continue to paint the other ice cream stencils – use your favorite colors to convey your favorite flavors!
Lift the stencil to reveal the painting – make sure the image is completely filled before removing the stencil entirely.
